About the Role:
The Lease Operator plays a crucial role in the efficient operation and maintenance of oil and gas production facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, including compressors and pumps, operates smoothly and meets safety and regulatory standards. The Lease Operator will work closely with a team to monitor production levels, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance. Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience working as a Lease Operator.
- Ability to take direction from supervisors and work effectively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with down hole operations and natural gas production.
- Knowledge of compressor systems and their maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain oil and gas production equipment, including compressors and pumps.
