**We’re hiring two Sales Professionals to cover the Southern Region, with both positions added due to growth. Southern Territory include AZ, NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, FL, SC, and NC. To qualify, candidates must reside near a major airport within one of these states.**
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the territory, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Present compelling sales pitches and customized solutions to clients to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Understanding of plastic extrusion processes, materials, and equipment.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets within the flexible packaging industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and optimize sales strategies.
- Proven ability to align strategic initiatives with business objectives.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Compensation includes a base salary and a commission structure, with expected earnings between $160K and $200K.
