Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategic Planning: Lead the plant to world-class operational standards and build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cost Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to minimize conversion costs.
- Productivity Enhancement: Increase productivity through performance metrics and process optimization.
- Preventative Maintenance: Implement programs to improve equipment reliability.
- Scrap Reduction: Identify root causes of scrap and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10 years in senior operational leadership within an automated manufacturing environment, preferably in building materials or related industries.
- Leadership & Change Management: Proven ability to drive operational transformation, scale operations, and lead large teams.
- Strategic & Financial Acumen: Strong experience in budgeting, P&L management, and capital planning for growth.
- Lean & CI Expertise: Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence strategies.
