FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER – RUBBER MOLDING MACHINES
Join a leading global manufacturer of injection molding machines as a Field Service Engineer, responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced molding equipment across North America.
With 60-75% travel, this role allows you to work remotely , with visits to the Illinois office and occasional international travel for training. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented engineer with expertise in hydraulics, electrical circuits, PLC systems, and automation. Experience with processing / molding machines is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide field service, maintenance, and warranty repairs for a product line of rubber injection molding machines.
- Perform in-house machine assembly and retrofitting projects.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Maintain accurate service records, including repair orders, warranty, and customer documentation.
- Train customer staff on machine operation and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in identifying customer needs to generate additional service or parts revenue.

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
