Plastic Hand Surgical Associates is a leading reconstructive, hand and cosmetic surgery physician practice. Our day surgery center is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). We provide patients with individualized care in a comfortable, private setting.
We are looking for a Part-Time Patient Access Representative to join our team and work within different groups in our practice based on business needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting patients and check-in and check-out
- Verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-pays and other payments
- Answering and directing calls appropriately throughout the practice
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
