Position: Staff Accountant
Location: Hudson, MA (on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience/fair market value

Purpose & Scope: This role will be responsible for supporting the company's financial operations through accurate and timely reporting and compliance with regulations and standards.
Essential Duties May Include:
- Maintaining financial records and performing account reconciliations
- Compiling and reviewing financial documents, reports, and statements for accuracy
- Recording and posting journal entries and tracking expenses or other financial transactions
- Performing analysis and reconciliations on bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with any AP/AR discrepancies by researching and resolving issues
- Aiding management with inventory and product costs reviews
- Assisting in the month end closing process
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting & Finance related) required
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/inventory preferred
- Skilled with MS Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail are a must!
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
