Company Description :
Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in-house repair and fabrication of tools & dies.
What you’ll do :
- Lead a team of production operators in the injection molding department to ensure that volume, cost, waste and quality standards are achieved
- Ensure all injection molding machines are staffed, material is supplied, and that all activities have been performed to maximize uptime
- Verify accuracy on all production work orders directed and assist in trouble shooting discrepancies
- Complete production reporting in IQMS for all production areas as assigned
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and flexibility in meeting deadlines
- Be able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime and assist in physical inventory as needed
- Identify areas for improvement and develop implementation plans
- Other duties as assigned

2nd Shift availability : M-F, 3 : 00 p.m. – 11 : 30 p.m.
