Compensation Range
$91,000 - $123,000 annually in Colorado, or the equivalent in Texas
Company Description:
Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in-house repair and fabrication of tools & dies.
Role Description:
The Program Manager will oversee and implement customer projects, new and existing business, to ensure the projects meet the cost, quality, and timing requirements. The Program Manager will work closely with engineers at the customer and PMT’s Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure projects are completed to the customers’ satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
- Organize daily activities to ensure successful completion of the program
- Drive projects to ensure goals are met
- Regular calls / Teams meetings with customers
- Work with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs
- Evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
- Devise new programs that support the organization’s objectives

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams
- Must show intense commitment to project success
