Company Description:
Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in-house repair and fabrication of tools & dies.

Role Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring proper shipment and receipt of all incoming and outgoing materials for Centennial.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise, train, and support all warehouse personnel
- Adhere to and enforce proper safety standards
- Arrange pickup of shipments in accordance with customer specifications for delivery
- Receive all incoming material through proper procedure
- Maintain daily outgoing and incoming shipment logs
- Obtain required documentation for each shipment, such as certification from Quality department, CoC, invoicing and any other required documentation
- Maintain accuracy of inventory through strong internal controls, cycle counts and physical inventories for all material classifications
- Maintain adherence to FIFO
- Assist Engineering in the shipment of sample parts
- Contact and coordinate carriers for pickups daily
- Coordinate all logistics for all incoming and outgoing shipments with focus on compliance and cost savings
- Provide accurate reporting to Upper Management
- Perform other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 3-5 years of inventory management and logistics experience
- ERP experience required (SAP, IQMS, Syteline, etc.)
- Forklift certified
- Speak, read, and write English
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed directions
- Computer and Microsoft (outlook, excel) proficiency
- Effective communication and attention to detail
- Dependable and self-motivated
