SHIFT SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our team on 3rd shift.
Responsibilities :
- Position is responsible for all shift operations including organizing, planning, and scheduling work along with directing and instructing and training employees on proper methods and procedures.
- Supervise and manage floor and production staff during shift.
- Must have strong plastic injection molding and technical skills including previous process technician and molding hanging experience.
- The supervisor will be accountable for controlling costs, rejects, and scrap.
