We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator/ Social Media Specialist to join our Plastic Surgery & Med Spa team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
- Correspond with patients for video and photo shoots
- Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
- Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
- Assist Front Desk with all admin duties
- Assist all departments with Social Media Post
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Plastic Surgery and Med Spa Field
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in teams
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
