Duties:
- Manage patient schedules, including appointment booking, reminders, and cancellations
- Coordinate patient care, ensuring timely communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other relevant parties
- Provide administrative support to the medical office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing patient records.
- Utilize Salesforce to track patient interactions, sales activity and other key metrics.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
-Strong understanding of a professional office as a self-motivated employee.
-Organizational and project management skills required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 22 per week
