Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Efficiently monitor all open purchase orders
- Provide weekly reports on outstanding purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers as necessary
- Execute the Strategic and Annual Operating Plan to bolster PEM
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving for delivery verification and issue reporting
- Ensure optimal inventory levels of regularly needed materials
- Adopt a cost-reducing approach to enhance company competitiveness
- Expertise in direct supply base material acquisition
- Work across functions to drive excellent PEM results
- Strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform duties safely without posing risk to oneself or others
- Handle other assigned tasks
