Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

· Install, repair, adjust and maintain machinery and equipment.

· Complete preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.

· Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections.

· Dismantle machinery and remove/replace defective parts.

· Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment parts and supplies by monitoring stock and reporting needs to management.

· Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.

Required Skills, Abilities & Experience:

· Communication, accountability, and reliability. A team player.

· Ability to work overtime. – We believe you should work to live and not live to work but sometimes overtime is required to keep business moving forward and successful.

· Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions.

· Work effectively and efficiently with other team members in a loud environment.

· Two or more years of industrial maintenance experience preferred but not required.

· Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Working knowledge of two or more trades.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

· Seasonally, a high heat environment.

· Ability to walk, stand and lift heavy objects for an extended period.

· Ability to act competently in emergencies.

Shifts available:

· 1st Shift (5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday)

· 2nd Shift (3pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday)

Open to discussing alternative schedules.

Starting pay range: $16-30 per hour pending experience.
