You Will
- Serve as the local recruiter, partnering with managers to attract, interview and hire top talent
- Represent Plastipak as an employer of choice within the community to local schools and vocational programs, fostering positive relationships and candidate pools.
- Serve as the site resource for Associate benefits programs, which includes facilitating Open Enrollment, promoting wellness plans and providing general guidance.
- Administer HR functions, such as time & attendance, new hire onboarding, job changes, LOA, etc.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation and other trainings
- Supports training & safety program administration, including enrollment, tracking & logistics planning.
- Perform and maintain all administrative functions in compliance with federal, state and company guidelines
- Contribute to the planning of Associate engagement events and other activities
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- A minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing facility with exposure to recruiting, onboarding and HR administration
- A relationship-oriented and caring interpersonal style
- Technical savvy, with a solid understanding of HR platforms. Workday and Kronos experience is preferred.
