As Benefits Communications and Engagement Specialist, you create and deploy an engaging and informative communication strategy to boost employee participation in our robust US benefit plans and programs. Your goal of employees and their families receiving optimum value from our benefits offerings substantially contributes to individual and company welfare.
You Will
- Create and deliver internal communications to promote available benefits and wellness initiatives
- Develop innovative and educational communication pathways for associates and their family members
- Establish enhanced and streamlined methods for access to benefits information, carriers / vendors and our Corporate Benefits Team
- Rigorously measure engagement, utilization and stakeholder satisfaction
- Collaborate across the company and with external business partners to continuously improve
