The Role
As a Manufacturing Equipment Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain our high-tech machinery to ensure optimal production levels. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of Machine Operators and ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.

- Collaborate with colleagues to identify ways to improve safety, efficiency, and waste reduction.

Requirements and Qualifications
- You must have at least two years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation, preferably in a leadership role.
- Bonus points if you have experience working with extrusion or blow molding equipment.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude are essential.
- You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, although this is not a daily requirement.

- Your starting salary will be $25 per hour, based on experience.
- You will receive extra $2 pay for night shifts.
