Key Responsibilities
As a Production Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence within our shift.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all standards are upheld during the shift, including GMP, ISO, SPC, quality and safety.
- Monitor and ensure quality control checks and preventative maintenance is being completed in conformance with policies & procedures.
- Facilitate scheduled work orders, ensuring customer requirements are met, including required materials to fulfill work orders.
- Provide on-the-job training to new associates on the line & with auxiliary equipment.
