Process Technician
As a Process Technician, you will operate top-of-the-line extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing equipment in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment. You will be responsible for producing high-quality rigid plastic containers for leading consumer brands.

Your Responsibilities
- Operate various manufacturing equipment in a safe and controlled environment.
- Monitor equipment settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to produce high-quality plastic containers.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Ensure Plastipak customer requirements are met by performing quality checks for specifications, such as bottle weights and dimensions.
Your Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating schedule with two 3-day weekends off every month.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience operating production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics and basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
