You Will
- Operate and maintain injection & blow-molding equipment to produce high-quality rigid plastic containers.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure efficient production.
- Monitor equipment settings to meet customer requirements and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with your team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, reliability, quality, and scrap reduction.
- Participate in formal and on-the-job training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
You Have
- Able to work a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeating every week.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Manufacturing Production Technician working with high-volume production equipment.
- Working knowledge of injection or blow molding equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical mechanical systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
You'll Earn
- $20.00 and up, based on experience.
- Night shift includes a shift differential of $1.50.
