What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator position at Plastipak Holdings?
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support Plastipak hiring needs by reviewing applicants, conducting phone interviews, coordinating on-site interviews, and performing various other Talent Acquisition duties. You will develop and leverage your skills as a Recruiter to attract qualified candidates and hire talented associates to the Plastipak Jackson Center and Lima manufacturing sites.
You Will :
- Review and screen applicants for various manufacturing site roles (Production Technicians, Forklift Operators, etc.)
- Coordinate the interview and selection process, as well as successfully secure offers and clear new hires to start.
- Leverage a variety of tools to proactively attract candidates, including social media and community channels.
- Respond to candidate inquires and clearly communicate with all candidates in a prompt and respectful manner.
- Represent Plastipak in the community, participating in events to promote Plastipak as an employer of choice.
- Use Workday to facilitate the recruiting process and maintain accurate and compliant records.
- Collaborate with the HR team to evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes.
