About this Role
You will:
- Prospect for new sales opportunities by identifying leads, investigating, analyzing, and planning to engage potential customers.
- Meet with key contacts to nurture business relationships.
- Lead the sales cycle, collaborating with internal partners in the design and development of packaging solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and secure sales.
- Maintain partnerships with customers, ensuring Plastipak continues to bring value to their business.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Packaging Engineering.
- Minimum three years of manufacturing sales experience in the consumer brand industry, preferably in rigid plastics or other packaging.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Prior experience with SAP is a plus.

- An annual salary range of $115,000 - $150,000, based on qualifications and experience.
