As Line Lead, you are responsible for overall production operations across the site on the night shift. You assure smooth and efficient performance within and across the production floor, providing supervision, guidance & assistance to Production Technicians.

- Night Shift: 6:30 pm - 7:00 am
- Schedule is a set rotation of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, etc.
- $28.50 /hour, based on experience
- Lead Technician on the production floor to help ensure efficient bottle and container production. Ensure products are in accordance with customer specified requirements.
- Ensure team members practice safe work habits by leading by example & promoting a strong safety culture.
- Coordinate work assignments & training, providing coaching & guidance to Technicians.
- Report on the effectiveness and performance of production activities to the production manager.
- Have a continued focus on shifts’ overall performance (safety, quality, reliability, and scrap progress towards goals). Recommend & initiate improvements.
- Resolves machinery & quality problems in the production area by working with Maintenance, as needed.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, with a strong preference for post-secondary education
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience with solid people leadership abilities
- A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing production or maintenance experience
- Able to communicate in a positive and effective manner, both written & verbal
- Previous experience using an ERP system, with a preference for SAP
- Ability to utilize Excel to record information & compile reports
- Mechanical aptitude, with the ability to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
