We are a Group home Care Facility with several locations; Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Center and Bloomington.
We offer a competitive wage 12 Hour Shifts starting at 7am or 7pm
Nursing Duties and Responsibilities : Provide Daily Cares and Assist with patient comfort Administer medications, provide wound care, and care for other treatment options Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. Take vital signs. Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A little about us : We are a company that specializes in private duty nursing for complex medical clients on ventilators, traches, feeding tubes and more. We are owned and operated by 2 Registered Nurses with ICU and emergency medicine experience. We are searching for RN‘s and LPN‘s to provide daily cares for the individuals living in our Group Homes.
