Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Perfectionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that information is organized and easily accessible. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various data management tools, particularly Excel.
****This positions is between a first and second shift position. Hours are Monday - Friday 10am-6:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe and input customer Purchase Orders into the company’s databases and systems.
- Manage order entry processes, ensuring timely and precise input of orders.
- Maintain organized records of all data entries and updates for easy retrieval.
- Perform clerical tasks as needed, including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the development of data management protocols to enhance organizational practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in data entry or a related clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high levels of accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
