Assistant Operator Perfectionist - $19 $2 - 3rd shift premium Pay for Performance = $21 plus incentive pay
Operator Perfectionist - $20 $2 - 3rd shift premium premium Pay for Performance = $22/hr plus incentive pay
Plateco is looking for motivated, high energy, safety-oriented employees to join our Precision Squad!
3rd shift position, running (4) 10-hour shifts from 9 pm - 7 am Sunday night thru Wednesday night, saving the 5th day for any overtime needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assistant Operator Perfectionists will be racking and un-racking a variety of metal parts, to be zinc-plated, according to the work orders.
- Operator Perfectionists will be running the lines per work orders and leading the team lines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
