The Executive Assistant is a key part of our team and provides support for our C-level executives in a variety of functions. A successful Executive Assistant is task oriented, manages workload effectively, and prioritizes duties in a fast-paced and rewarding corporate environment.

What you will do:
- Provides a wide range of complex office administration and support at the executive level.
- Managing complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provides wide range of support including composing and editing letters, reports, presentations.
- Reviews, assesses, routes, answers and monitors follow up action steps on correspondence. Gathers and analyzes information required for administrative reporting.
- Coordinates events, including large conferences.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- Contributes to organizational effort by accomplishing related duties as required.
- Coordinate with other Board members, staff, internal departments, and partner organizations.
- Partner with the President or CEO to execute the transformational change.
- Make and implement decisions on administrative matters relating to the strategy and business development.
