Due to continuing growth, our team is looking for an X3 Developer to support our expanding customer base. The Developer will work with a team responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, production-grade web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dependencies, modularization, scalability, and experience delivering software in production environments. This person will also manage the phases of development projects, ensuring efficient use of time and resources while collaborating with functional teams to meet business objectives. While ERP experience (particularly with Sage X3) is a plus, the focus is on best practices for web development leadership.

What you will do :
- Collaboration with Functional Teams
Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that technical solutions meet business objectives.
Work with the development team, ensuring best practices for software development, including modularization, dependency management, and scalability.
Manage project timelines, phases, and resource allocation to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Work with Sage X3 development tool set enhance SageX3 to meet customer requirements.
Ensure that web and mobile applications are designed for scalability and can handle production-level performance.
