Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for driving world-class strategic and financial planning methods, building long-range operating plans to support business initiatives, developing a rolling forecast to ensure resources are leveraged with maximum effectiveness, and partnering with Operations to ensure growth and profitability targets are met. You will be responsible for operationalizing and cultivating data-driven planning processes and improving upon monthly and quarterly reporting. What you will do :
- Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Operations, Accounting, and all other functions to develop, monitor, and execute plans.
- Develop and report on a rolling forecast throughout each year.
- Provide monthly financial reporting for each business unit, review those reports with the appropriate people to provide key insights and to drive the right actions.
- Partner with Business Intelligence (BI) to provide regular reporting of financial and operational metrics to assess performance and drive the right actions to meet growth and profitability targets.
- Assess risks and opportunities at each business unit to ensure consolidated growth and profitability targets are met.
