In this managerial position, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, managing office workflow, leading client engagement, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and retention. You will also contribute to the preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns, as well as providing advisory services to clients on tax, finance, and business matters.
Qualifications
6 years of experience in tax preparation and review; BA or higher degree in accounting; CPA/EA certification; prior team management experience highly valued.
