Job Description
The Director of Financial Operations will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's growth initiatives, product, and services offering, as well as operational strategies. This role requires a strong sense of leadership and foresight, as well as the ability to manage the day-to-day activities of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the firm's growth initiatives, product, and services offering, as well as operational strategies
- Manage the firm's existing client base and develop new client relationships
- Oversee the review and preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
- Lead and manage staff in areas of research, training, and performance
- Ensure the firm's consulting and advisory efforts in the region are aligned with company goals
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in tax preparation and review
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Professional certifications (CPA, JD, LLM, EA) required
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
