We are actively searching for a candidate for the position of Marketing Director to oversee industry tradeshow / conference planning and execution, own the campaign / editorial planning and execution process, and assist with overall project management and leadership across the team.This position reports to the VP, Brand Marketing and will be based on the Marketing Communications team.Experience : Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of marketing experienceStrong event experience managing industry tradeshows and conference eventsExperience managing editorial processesStrong project management experienceExperience implementing marketing programs in healthcare preferredResponsibilities of the Marketing Director : Oversee PlatformQ Health annual conference sponsorship strategy, including planning for all events, execution of logistics, and budget managementSpearhead the company’s digital presence around relevant industry events and advocacy daysStrategize with the VP of marketing on overall communications planning and brand executionManage and own the creation and execution of the marketing / communications editorial calendar across all mediums including but not limited to : emails, articles, social posts, webinars, programmatic marketing, press releases, trade shows, videos, etc.Assist with managing collateral for sales support and ensure messaging and design align with company positioning and brand guidelinesReview, edit, and proofread copy and branding initiatives to ensure alignment with style guidelines and consistency with approved messagingGenerate content ideas using market research and internal stakeholdersMassachusetts-based applicants preferred with willingness to manage tradeshow assets in person when applicableCompetencies : Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal teams in a professional and efficient mannerExcellent organizational and prioritization skillsExceptional writing, editing, and communications skillsCreative and innovative thinker with a solutions-oriented approachAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work simultaneously as part of a team and lead multiple projects that involve various internal and external partnersBenefits : Medical coverageDental coverageVision coverageHealth & wellness benefitsGenerous vacation policy401K matchingLong-term disability coverageIf this sounds like you, please email your resume to sfreedman@platformq.com.#J-18808-Ljbffr
