Qualifications
10 years experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry, with a focus on single family residential projects.
Proven track record for successfully managing high-end custom home projects from pre-construction through completion
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and legal requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, construction managers and clients.
Detail oriented with the ability to review and understand complex construction drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities :
Superintendent will work closely with our team of skilled professionals to ensure our projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest possible standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of high-end luxury residential construction from pre-construction to completion.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, material deliveries and other site resources.
Review construction drawings to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.
Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with plans and specifications and in compliance with local building codes and Cal-OSHA.
Professionally representing the company with the Owner, Architects, Subcontractors, Employees, Suppliers, neighbors and other stakeholders throughout the project.
Maintain accurate timesheets for all onsite personnel and ensure work was carried out in compliance with relevant regulations.
Project recordkeeping in daily job logs, construction photographs and safety documentation.
Maintaining plans, specifications, as-builts, RFIs, submittals and keeping the site files and documents organized.
Working closely with the Owner, Architects, Project Manager and Office.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.
