Position Reports to : Vice President Technology Manager
Objective : The nCino Administrator will manage and optimize the nCino Platform, ensuring it meets business needs and maximizes organizational efficiencies. This includes user management, system maintenance, project support, troubleshooting, and training. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions to meet the bank’s operational and strategic goals. Stay updated with industry trends and ensure compliance with regulations. Coordinate with vendors for updates and custom projects, leveraging the full capabilities of nCino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and configure the nCino Platform to meet business needs and requirements.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions within nCino and Salesforce.
- Complete regular system maintenance, including data integrity checks, system backups, and updates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance banking operations.
- Support project management activities, such as tracking project progress, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Stay current with nCino and Salesforce updates, best practices, risk and industry trends.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the nCino platform.
- Document system configurations, processes, procedures and helpdesk ticket steps to resolution.
- Facilitate disaster recovery scenarios, establish testing plans, policies, and procedures for nCino and related products.
- Enact application management, including monitoring system performance and implementing enhancements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and nCino support for troubleshooting, system updates, and custom development projects.
- Interact with compliance and risk management teams to ensure the nCino platform meets regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing release notes and communicating nCino and Salesforce enhancements to end users, ensuring they are informed and prepared for new features from the release.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Support & Training
Support : Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the nCino platform.User Onboarding : Conducts onboarding sessions for new users, ensuring they understand how to navigate and utilize the nCino system effectively.Training Sessions : Organize and deliver training sessions to educate users on new features, updates, and best practices within the nCino platform.Documentation : Create and maintain procedures, user guides, and other training materials to support end-user education and self-service.Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from users to identify common issues and areas for improvement in training programs.Support Ticket Management : Track and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication with end-users.Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest nCino and Salesforce updates to provide accurate and current training to users.Deliver PCX : The Platinum Client ExperienceRelationships and Contacts
Collaborates with other Salesforce / nCino Administrator through various channels.Interacts with Executive Management, Project and Department Managers as needed.Regularly update management on system performance, user feedback, and ongoing projects.Engage with Platinum Bank’s Client Support teams to address Client issues and improve system functionality.Knowledge :
nCino Bank Operating System : Advance understanding of the nCino platform and its functionalities.Salesforce Platform : Enhanced knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, security, UI and data management.Banking Processes : General knowledge of banking operations and processes, particularly in commercial lending and Deposit Account Opening.Data Management : Understanding of data integrity, data migration, and data quality principles.Regulatory Compliance : Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.Computer Management : Strong Windows-based PC and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)Skills :

Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science and Information Services) preferred.High School diploma or GED required.3 – 5 years of experience as an nCino Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, or in a related role.Advance knowledge of nCino Platform, Salesforce platform and AutoRABIT.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.nCino Administrator Certification and Salesforce Administrator Certification are required.Physical Demands :
