Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and competent Field Supervisor to oversee our onsite operations and lead our field team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee field operation and engineering processes
- Coordinate and assign tasks to field staff
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Resolve field issues and disputes
- Handle client complaints and issues
- Train and mentor staff
- Assist with budgeting and cost estimation
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of field operations and onsite supervision
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage and lead teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $20.00 - $24.00/hour.
