Role Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and report on social media metrics and analytics.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a community around our brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Manage social media budgets, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Run paid social media advertising campaigns effectively.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for maximum reach.
• Conduct audience research to understand demographics and preferences.
• Implement tests and A/B experiments to drive engagement and conversions.
• Train and guide team members on best practices for social media usage.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports on social media performance and insights.
• Maintain brand integrity across all communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
