Auto Collision Repair Process Manager (RPM)
We are seeking an In-Person Auto Collision Repair Process Manager (RPM) to join our team! Applicants must be friendly, outgoing, willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be organized and detail oriented. Spanish speaking is a plus! Must be available Monday – Friday from 7am – 5pm and Saturdays from 8am – 11am.
Job Description:
- Damage Assessment: Thoroughly inspect vehicles to identify and document the extent of structural, body, mechanical and interior damage.
- Estimate Preparation: Create comprehensive repair estimates, including labor costs, parts and other expenses, to restore the vehicle to its pre-accident condition.
- Insurance Claim Handling: Work with insurance companies, providing repair cost estimates and negotiating settlement amounts.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair plans, timelines, and costs, ensuring positive customer experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of vehicle damage, repairs and costs.
- Technical Knowledge: Process a strong understanding of vehicle structures, repair processes and industry standards.
- Software Proficiency: Be proficient in using computer systems and CCC One estimating software to input data and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous Collision Repair estimating experience a plus
- Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell and Audatex
- Must have valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic office environment
- Customer Service experience is necessary
- Proficient computer skills that include the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and screens at the same time
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
- Works well with others to achieve common goals
- Time Management Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- I-Car Training a plus
Base Salary: $46,800 plus commission. Commission for this position is based on sales and individual performance.
