We are seeking an Executive Director to join our team at Platinum Communities. The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the CBRF/RCAC residents and staff. The Executive Director oversees decisions in the areas of resident care, marketing, food service and maintenance.

Requirements
- Responsible for onsite interview and selection process.
- Provide ongoing training to meet annual CEU requirements for caregivers.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Directly manage all facility employees to include but not limited to: coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct onsite meetings related to all staff and residents.
- Attend and participate in scheduled corporate meetings.
- Responsible for submission of reports including but not limited to: monthly census, daily COR, and payroll information. Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of these reports.
- Manage staff schedules to meet resident needs and according to budget.
- Participate in facility functions including family socials, events, marketing, and open houses.
- Provide resolution to resident and family concerns.
- Oversee maintenance of building and grounds, assure compliance with all building codes.
- Organize, develop, and conduct service plan reviews, as required by state codes.
- Audit all resident care charts, review documentation completed by the caregivers.
- Secure resident funds.
- Oversees the resident admission process.
- Responsible for resident healthcare management.
- Responsible for on-call duties as required.
- Enforce company medication administration policy, assist nursing personnel in staff training and audits of documentation.
- Maintain census goal above 90%.
- Maintain payroll and head department budgets, expense budgets based on total revenue.
- Uphold standards of practice related to DHS regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding information concerning residents, residents’ families, co-workers, and Platinum Communities.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience working in a health care field, experience with DHS 83.02 (16) preferred.
- Experience with DHS 89 (if applicable)
- Ability to read, speak and write in English.
- Flexible and available to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
