Description
We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Director to join our team at Platinum Communities. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and fully compliant with state and federal regulations. The Maintenance Director will directly oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to deliver high-quality service to our residents and staff.
Requirements
To be considered:
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, assisted living or similar environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, vocational training or certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety practices, and assisted living facility regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- CBRF certifications are preferred.
- Must be eligible for hire according to DHS- State of Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check regulations and pass a health screening.
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass an annual Motor Vehicle Record check and have reliable transportation to travel between facilities as needed.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations at any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
