Dance Studio Office Manager

Platinum Dance in Edina is looking for a friendly, organized and self-motivated individual to join our amazing team!

Here's the scoop: We're on the hunt for a positive, detail-loving, solution-focused go getter who is passionate about helping kids discover the magic of dance! Our mission is simple: We believe in sharing our passion for dance & enriching lives! As our new Office Manager, you'll play a key role in making this happen by leading daily tasks, account management, and customer service efforts for our women-owned business!

A day in the life includes:

• Phones, emails, texts, accounts, and parent communication.
• Welcoming families & assisting with front desk tasks.
• Working with staff to deliver a world-class student experience.
• Mastering technology (we're transitioning to a new software this year!)
• Ordering supplies and providing other facility maintenance support, as needed.
• Tacking details and keeping the office trains running on time.

Details:

• 15-20 hours/per week (daytime and evening), with busier times during first week of classes, Nutcracker Season, and Recital Season!
