The Regional Partner (RP) plays a crucial role in working with affiliated owner and associate dentists, as well as office teams, to ensure the successful administration and operation of 5 offices. The RP focuses on growth, accountability, and exceeding goals set by Platinum management, while also understanding and supporting day-to-day duties within the dental practices.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Daily Office Engagement:
- Be present in your region’s dental offices daily to coach, build, and train teams.
- Maximize Dental Practice Performance:
- Utilize tiered support model and associated engagement model to create a vision and roadmap with dentists to achieve practice optimization based on Platinum standards of excellence.
- Set production and collections goals with dentists and review them with leadership.
- Own regional P&L and ensure budgeted goals are met
- Conduct quarterly strategic business reviews and monthly P&L reviews with owner doctors and office leaders to drive performance improvements.
- Use DOMO (Platinum metrics dashboard) to identify root cause analysis of opportunities for performance enhancements and coach doctor owners and office leaders on how to improve.
- Maximize production for assigned practices through regular schedule audits and consistent accountability around scheduling and workflow expectations.
- Monitor office collections, ARs, and same-day collections.
- Conduct weekly WIG sessions with practice leadership to ensure alignment with regional goals and focus.
- Talent Management
- Assist in onboarding new doctors and office leaders
- Ensure office leaders are trained on all areas of office responsibilities (incl. comprehensive diagnosis, financial arrangements, and scheduling)
- Assist with office staff training when necessary
- Assess and oversee hiring and firing within the region.
- Lead and support Associate Regional Partners when region size allows for them
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as necessary as determined by the Director of Practice Operations.
- Report region’s performance monthly in a regional review and be available to team members and Home Office.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in multi-location dental management preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to train and delve into detailed operational issues.
- Sound judgment in decision-making, especially under pressure.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
