We are seeking a dedicated Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Biller to join our team at Platinum Dental Services.
This in-person position plays a vital role in our financial operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of insurance claims and payments.
You will be responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, collaborating with team members to gather necessary clinical and billing information, processing and posting insurance payments to patient accounts, and providing customer support to answer insurance billing and payment questions from patients.
