• Guiding the volunteer through the fundraising process with positive coaching and encouragement!

Here’s the scoop: 

• Hourly compensation commission = $45,000.00 - $65,000.00
• We have a blueprint for success called “The Accelerator!” The Accelerator shows the steps/skills necessary to be successful in the role. Our team members receive a raise each time a skill is mastered. You may be eligible for your first raise within five weeks employment! The Accelerator was designed to put you in control of your career and your income, and with the objective of giving a clear path to make 70k by the end of their second year as a Fundraising Specialist.
