Gatehouse Security Supervisor

Platinum Group Security is looking to expand our team in the Boca Raton Area!!! We are looking for seasoned unarmed security officers with exceptional customer service skills. We are looking to place these guards at one of our many luxury properties to patrol the exterior of the building and deter, and most importantly report any activity.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a competent Security Supervisor to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior.

Officers are asked to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.

The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.

Pay Rate: $23.00/HR

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a gatehouse and monitoring access to and from a residential community as well as roving the community, answering and directing phone calls, providing exceptional service to residents and guests, while also taking initiative and being vigilante to report incidents.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Valid D License
• At least (3yrs) Security experience preferred
• At least 2 years experience preffered as a Security Supervisor
• Multiple shifts Availability
• The ability to read, write and communicate in clear, fluent English
• A reliable means of communication (working cell phone)
• A reliable means of transportation to and from work
• A "clean cut" appearance which includes NO visible tattoos or facial piercings
• The ability to apply sound judgment and maintain composure in high pressured situations
