Our client law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Junior Counsel Debt Finance Attorney with 6–8 years of experience to join it's growing Debt Finance Practice Group .
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of debt financing transactions, including :
Syndicated credit facilities
Asset-based loans
Venture debt
Private fund capital call loans
Acquisition finance
DIP financings
Cross-border note and loan financings
This role offers a hybrid work environment where you will collaborate closely with other attorneys to service existing firm clients while also having the opportunity to leverage the firm's platform to build your own book of business .
Compensation & Benefits :
250,000 base salary
50,000 guaranteed bonus for 1,600 billable hours
Discretionary bonus for billable hours exceeding 1,600
Additional bonus for collections on your own clients above $250K
