Hot search for a seasoned Real Estate Finance Partner to join a dynamic team and contribute to complex, high-profile real estate finance transactions across a variety of asset classes and financing structures. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premier practice that represents a wide range of clients, including lenders, borrowers, developers, and investors, across diverse real estate finance transactions. No portable business is required for this role, allowing you to fully focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients and collaborating with a team of top-tier professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in a variety of real estate finance transactions, including but not limited to :
Restructuring and Workouts related to real estate finance
Advise clients on structuring, negotiating, and documenting real estate finance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with clients' business objectives.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys across practice groups to deliver seamless, high-quality legal services on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, thoughtful, and strategic counsel.
Stay current on trends and legal developments in real estate finance to proactively guide clients and address emerging issues.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
Significant experience in real estate finance, with a strong understanding of complex financing structures and the ability to manage sophisticated transactions independently.
Proven expertise in representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of real estate finance matters, including acquisition, construction, and permanent financing.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage risk effectively for clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
A commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships.
