We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. This role involves performing high-quality auto body repairs, ensuring that vehicles are restored to their original condition while adhering to safety standards and company protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repair tasks including assembling, disassembling, and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
- Conduct sheet metal repairs, including welding and soldering as needed.
- Replace or repair auto glass components as required.
- Utilize hand tools and airless paint spraying equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
- Carry out heavy lifting tasks associated with vehicle parts and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in auto body repair techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in auto body repair or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment specific to auto body work.
- Knowledge of auto restoration techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
