Platinum Parking is looking for an experienced supervisor to assist with the operations of parking facilities.
We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee the operations as well as work with the closing shift This person’s responsibility includes, but are not limited to, collecting and reporting revenues, supervise staff, maintaining facility and equipment.

Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operationsAssist with planning, organizing, and delegating tasks to hourly employeesManage daily and monthly parking assignmentsHandle access device management (programming, assigning, and reconciliation)Lead training, scheduling, and coaching efforts for team membersIdentify facility areas requiring attention and implement appropriate cleaning and maintenance measuresJob Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in cultivating a professional, diverse, and customer-focused teamEnsure that all facilities operate in accordance with company policy and procedures including revenue control, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage, and flow of parking operationsEnsure that daily operations perform in accordance with company policy by ensuring that each location is properly staffed, has required supplies and has set opening and closing proceduresManage the business to limit revenue loss, theft or shrinkage of monies or equipmentAssist in collecting, recording and depositing revenues received at the facilityOversees the contract parker program by ensuring customers are properly registered, A / R is billed and completeness on a daily basisGather, review and verify the timely and accurate completion of daily and monthly reportsPromote a work environment that values integrity, problem-solving, collaboration and transparencyReview, screen and respond to email, direct mail and telephone calls. Provide prompt, customer oriented service, resolving any issues without executive management involvement whenever possibleAssist in training tenants and customers with garage online validation program and parking proceduresQualifications
Parking experience a plus
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand EnglishProficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) to produce reports and spreadsheetsAbility to calculate basic mathematical figures in excel such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and areaParking management experience (preferred but not required)Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, procedures or regulationsAbility to effectively write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbility to communicate effectively at an expert level both verbally and in written formMust have a valid driver’s license and the ability to perform errands via personal vehicleDrug testing and background check requiredProfessional appearanceExperience with gated equipment preferred
