Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of our growing multifamily pest control business. The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in financial management, preferably within the pest control, property management, or service-based industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive profitability.
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
· Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
· Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
· Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital.
· Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
· Lead the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
· Establish internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
· Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational plans.
· Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
· Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
· Implement and leverage financial software and technology to improve efficiencies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
· Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
· Experience in the pest control, property management, or service-based industries is a plus.
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
· Proven track record of leading financial teams and driving business growth.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
