We are currently looking for a full-time physical therapist to join our outstanding team of PTs in our Rehoboth location. Our Rehoboth location, established in 2015, is conveniently located on Route 44 next to Dunkin Donuts at the new rotary in town. The Rehoboth clinic is in a tight knit farm community located just 20 minutes outside of Providence, Rhode Island with our staff members who are all born in town or surrounding towns to offer the true local family feel patients seek out. The clinic boasts Lucy the labradoodle as its first employee and she still regularly visits for pats and treats. The facility includes three private treatment rooms and an open gym space. We offer treatment for pelvic floor concerns, TMJ pain, and Parkinson's rehab along with typical orthopedic and neurologic conditions. We have an Alter G anti-gravity treadmill in addition to graston tools, cupping sets, and a blood flow restriction unit. Employee appreciation and recognition is a strong focus - we offer monthly lunches at the clinic, as well as monthly rewards. You may even find our Elf on the Shelf, PB, at your workstation around the holidays!

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Implement and carry out physical therapy plan of care in one-on-one 40 minute time slots for evaluations and treatments
- Open 56 patient slots/week (37.5 treatment hours with lunch time allocated)
- Manage one’s own schedule through waitlists and communication with front desk
- Engage with the local community at large through 1-2 local marketing events per year
- Complete necessary documentation and chart review as needed within and outside of patient treatment hours
- Participate in continuing education requirements of maintaining a professional license in the state of Massachusetts
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic for patient care
- Willingness to learn and lead by example
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude with patients and staff
- Use of computer for documentation and communication with patients and staff
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active physical therapy license in good standing in the Commonwealth of MA
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics physical therapy setting preferred
- Ability to perform physical demands of role of physical therapist including manual therapies, exercise demonstration, and guarding for safety
- Computer use for documentation, email, and marketing
- Lifting and carrying of marketing materials and clinic supplies
